WHY EWB EXISTS
Most people want a better life. The challenge is knowing how to build one.
Many people want financial freedom, a stronger career, a successful business, or simply a better future for their family. But desire alone doesn't provide the roadmap. It takes knowledge, relationships, resources, accountability, and action to turn those goals into progress.
We created Elevation Wealth Builders because we understand that journey personally. We didn't grow up around conversations about wealth building, investing, entrepreneurship, or financial freedom. For more than 20 years, we've built businesses and pursued opportunities while learning through experience, observation, education, and sometimes costly trial and error.
Along the way, we learned an important lesson: hard work matters, but hard work alone isn't always enough.
We tried wearing every hat, doing everything ourselves, and assuming that because revenue was coming in, our businesses were successful. Over time, we learned the importance of understanding the numbers, building strong systems, creating meaningful relationships, seeking knowledge from experienced professionals, delegating, and surrounding ourselves with people who were stronger where we were weak.
Most importantly, we realized we didn't have to know everything or figure everything out alone.

For more than 20 years, Nate and Tish have built businesses, pursued opportunities, raised a family, experienced successes, and learned through challenges along the way.
Their journey wasn't built from having every answer, the perfect roadmap, or all the right connections. Much of what they learned came through real-world experience — building businesses, navigating setbacks, developing meaningful relationships, seeking better information, and learning to surround themselves with people whose strengths complemented their own.
Their entrepreneurial journey has spanned more than two decades of experience across real estate, construction, business operations, and hospitality—giving them firsthand perspective on what it takes to start, strengthen, and grow a business while continuing to grow themselves along the way.
But EWB isn't about Nate and Tish having all the answers.
It's about creating the kind of community they wish they had earlier in their journey.
